Offset Printing

Offset enables us to provide you highest quality and the best value for your money. We normally use a four color process (CMYK) for full color printing but a combination of Pantone colors is possible, too. Besides that, the setup and creation of the initial plates is a major factor in the cost of offset and is factored into the cost of every print job, even only to small size projects. This is why the cost per print goes down as the quantity increases and this can be an important factor for you to determine the size of your print project. Besides offset, we also have digital or letterpress (relief or typographic printing).

Finishing Techniques

We offer you various application techniques such as UV spot- or full glossy (UV varnish), foil printing, (blind) embossing & debosssing, cello glazing (acetate laminating), die-cutting, folding, perforating ans laser. For the finishing of books & booklets, we have bunch of different binding options: saddle-stitched-binding, comb-, wire-, coil- or spiral-binding, perfect-, PUR-binding, burst-binding and thread sewing. Furthermore, we can also apply further security features like anti-copy background, security warning banks as well as microtext security lines.

Let`s Start: 3 Steps of Printing

Prepress

1We know that one size does not fit all. Therefore, we assist you in the entire process with our individual 360° service by appointing you your own customer representative. After we get your artworks, they are checked in our graphics department before the actual printing step of your print media. Our team perform additional checks upon request through simply digital printing or using conventional cromalin pre-press proofing which is basically a color-calibrated (using yellow, magenta, cyan and black pigment dust) high-res inkjet color proofing process with photosensitive layers. After approval of the proofs, plates are made and we go ahead with the actual printing of your media.

Press

2Offset printing is fast and easy to produce in large quantities. Applying a reusable plate which transfers an image through a rubber surface that in turn transfers the image to paper results in a high quality print. One of our advantages is to be able to deliver your products at lightning speeds due to our huge production capabilities with advanced technology by KOMORI (Japan) and HEIDELBERG (Germany). The average experience of our machine operators is over 20 years. Perfect matched colors are achieved by means of constant checks by print image control systems throughout the process. You can rely on us on every single color.

Post-Press

3Post-press step is when any trimming, folding, perforating, collating, stitching, or gluing is performed as required. We smoothly perform post-press processes as well as finishing techniques (see above), where quality of labor and experience become prominent, thanks to our policy of recruitment and keeping pace with technology. We meet every need with our folding or binding techniques and offer solutions for numerous sectors with our die-cutting or laser machines.
